Order Placement

  • We accept orders only from the cities where the heritage celebrations are allowed with crackers.
  • The minimum order value for TamilNadu is INR 3650/-, and for other states, the minimum order value will be INR 7300/-
  • You can use the website to check desired products in the cart and place your order.
  • To attain minimum order value you can buy crackers with your friends/relatives jointly where the parcels will be packed in a single box but with separate covers with the respective clients name on it.

Payment Policies

  • Products will be dispatched only after the entire payment is made.

  • After checkout, you will receive a digital copy of the order and payment details in your mail.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Free Doorstep delivery is applicable for all orders above Rs 6000 (Location Based)
  • Delivery is done by third-party agencies.
  • On every gift box order, delivery charges should be barred by the customer.
  • The availability of doorstep delivery to other regions of Tamil Nadu depends on the area’s pin code.
  • If your PIN code does not lie within the range, you will be instructed to collect the parcels from the services.
  • We do not take responsibility for any damages/product missing incurred by transport. However, we will deliver the products without damage through continuous and vigilant monitoring.
  • Goods will be packed only in special cartons.
